Gorden Massage

Massage Alchemy of touch with Gorden Deep tissue – joint release – fluid touch. Alchemy of Touch is a method of bodywork developed by Tapesh Paradiso. It is designed to elevate massage and bodywork to a new level, using different techniques from the Eastern and Western world into a single harmonized approach. The origin comes from Osho Rebalancing Massage India. Alchemy of Touch is the holistic understanding of the interconnectedness of the body, mind and soul. Releasing tension will open subtle energy channels or meridians through which the Qi or life force flows—restoring the body and mind to a state of balance, harmony and relaxation. Alchemy of Touch Massage is the profound fusion off: Rebalancing, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Chi-Release, Joint Mobilization (Trager Technique), Yoga Thai massage, Digital Pressure Massage, Holistic Massage, Visceral Work, Meditation and Energy Work. These techniques will be integrated with the method of ‘Fluid Touch’. This technique uses wavelike movements, which allows energy to vibrate through the body improving fluidity and oxygen flow.

Florencia - Fluentbody

Florencia Lamarca

Fluentbody workshop Bodies have their own language. They tell a story, and constantly seek to feel as alive and fluid as possible. Uncovering this fluidity gives us the potential to enrich our senses and imagination, to experience lightness and power, and to raise our self-awareness and the capacity for self-healing. Bodies can feel confident, soft, pleasurable and free, moving through space without any agenda or self-judgment. We will open doors to new places, shifting our emotional states through physicality. I will guide you through a journey, blending conscious and unconscious movement and dance, to unlock your own body’s story. In the workshop, you’re constantly in movement. I give a flow of evocative ideas and impulses that layer and interweave in a series of different stages allowing you to explore your own movement and possibilities, rather than copying something already set. Florencia brings 20 years of dance experience, primarily training and performing with Ohad Nahrin of Gaga Movement, with having worked as a somatic practitioner since 2011. Florencia has been traveling the world teaching unique workshops combining her extensive knowledge of movement, her choreographic research and her somatic healing

BriBrigitte Breternitz, Yogadance

Brigitte Breternitz

Vinyasa Dance – Yoga Dance Fusion Vinyasa Dance is a daily body and mind practice created by Brigitte Breternitz. It is an infinite liquid fusion of Yoga and Dance, a constant movement of body, mind and soul. Practitioners are going deeper, wider and higher in their movements. They are using body and mind sensual to step forward, closer to their dancing souls. They are using music like a heartbeat and leaded by their heart beat’s rhythm at the same time. Partitioners are playing with rhythms, atmospheres and harmonies, breathing the movements deeply and in devotion. The Dance is fluid, sensitive, real, diverse, true and timeless. Its movements are of authentic quality, coming from within. There is no right or wrong and no judgement whatsoever. It is about how movements fell, not about how they look. It is pure expression. Vinyasa Dance is breathing every move- unique for every body and soul. The Yoga puts consciousness first. It is using love and every move. says no to judging yourself or others. It is searching for the lightest yet grounded move. using the body to explore the bigger picture. It is using the body’s chakras and energy channels while moving in harmony with the music and the breath.

Stella Caric Urban Dance

Stella Caric

Matze Jechlischka Musiker

Matze Jechlitschka

Mathias Jechlitschka loves to play guitar, what he´s already done for quite a while and with a lot of intensity. Over the years he became a good listener – he understands to create space, hold it and finally leave it, when the next is opening up. To trust the first impulse is what he´s learned through music.

Marielle Gerke

Somatic Explorations into Contact Improvisation In this workshop we will use somatic explorations inspired from Body-Mind-Centering in order to investigate and understand our Contact Impro practice on a deeper level. In my experience especially enrichening for the dance form is the exploration and embodiment of the developmental movement patterns described by Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen. Remembering different steps of our own movement development from the moment of conception to the complexity of the unique human walking pattern can nourish, enrich and inspire our solo movement as well as our Contact Impro dances. Drawing inspirations and images from the animal kingdom where we can find similar movement organisations in water-living and/or land-living creatures supports moving from our inner wisdom and our inherent need and desire for movement and touch. Rediscovering the joy and journey how we first started to move in a pleasurable and efficient way – rediscovering ourselves, others and the environment through movement and touch shall be the main focus of the classes. Finding the breathing of the cells, our inner starfish and our soft spine using those somatisations as a point of departure for Contact Improvisation. There is always the option to explore your body in solo movements – no Contact duty at all! All levels welcome.

Nadja Schwarzbach Contact Improvisation

Nadja Schwarzbach

I am a CI dancer, teacher and improviser based in Berlin. I passionately practice CI since 2006. My sense for touch and the understanding of the human body moving has been nurtured in many ways. Important was my three years natural medicine training including different massage and bodywork styles and  attending klein technique and axis syllabus classes. Currently I am training to become an Ilan Lev practitioner and a Gestalt therapist. Crucial inspirations for my CI practice come from learning and dancing with Joerg Hassmann, Mirva Mäkinnen and Nancy Stark Smith. I assisted Daniel Werner and Joerg Hassmann during five years in the CI training program in Berlin and in international workshops. Since 5 years I co-organize the Contact Festivals in Berlin (www.in-touch.es) and for the 9th time I am part of the organizing team of the Contact meets Contemporary Festival in Goettingen (www.contact-meets-contemporary.de), and last  year I co-founded the Out of Berlin Jam (www.outofberlinjam.de).  2010 I started teaching weekend workshops and weekly classes. Since then I have been teaching weekly classes in Berlin, many weekend workshops in Germany and abroad (in Sweden, Denmark, Israel and Morocco) and on many CI Festivals in Europe and Goa/India.

Zinn Da

Zinn Da

NGO Board (IN) ZinnDa: means to be alive! A free spirit and a bundle of pure joy, there is nothing this happy soul isn’t capable of! His evolution has been quite a journey, from being a techie to transforming into an Osho sannyasin. He was born with the heart of a nomad and has been a traveller for most of his life now. What’s his purpose? one might wonder! He has been closely working with the Osho Communes, spiritual festivals all around the world and the Contact Dance Community to help in bringing spiritual awareness and spreading peace in communities everywhere. This was the thought that lead him to create his NGO: Global Cultural Exchange Organisation that brings communities around the world and people from all walks of life together in a peaceful and harmonious environment of sharing and learning. Navgrah Shanti Yagna or The Fire Pooja for Peace and Prosperity: A Yagna or Havan is a traditional Indian Pooja ceremony that involves the recital of Vedic Chants and holy offerings(Samagri) made to the fire. The combined effect of these chants and the fire together cleanse and purify the air and aura. You are free to participate or observe during the ceremony. A brief explanation about the Havan, its scientific and spiritual benefits will also be discussed.

Simone Beck Contact Improvisation

Simone Beck

SIMONE Is a straight down the line woman. Able to wander between different worlds with ease, as if they were her own; an ever on-the-go chameleon. Simone can be a graphic designer, nature pedagogue, healer, organizer, gardener and simultaneously a dancer. She appears to be a mystery who seems to be untouchable. However – and this is visible for all who wander through the world with an open heart – there is something within her which is she herself. In every movement, every word and every bat of her eyelid, … in every thought, every act and every moment is a person concealed who has  enormous empathy, understanding and pure vitality of life. And yet her actual essence is … love. The real, true and shared living-within-us … love. In the tangible world, Simone has travelled to almost every continent and spoken to people in many and various languages.  At the moment she is relishing the pleasure of having the opportunity to experience the privilege of creating a place she can call home.

Florencia Lamarca, Fluent Body

Florencia Lamarca

Fluent Body, Bodies have their own language. They tell a story, and constantly seek to feel as alive and fluid as possible. Uncovering this fluidity gives us the potential to enrich our senses and imagination, to experience lightness and power, and to raise our self- awareness and the capacity for self-healing. How can we reconnect to our body’s language and fluidity? We will take a journey through movement, connecting and feeling, to explore the intricacies of our stories. Connecting conscious and unconscious movement, we will uncover delicate, pleasurable and powerful movements, without self-judgment. We will open doors to new places, awakening physical sensations, which can also work on an emotional level. This workshop could help you navigate through feeling tired and heavy, feeling disconnected from your body or too much in your head, feeling blocked, suffering from chronic pain, or simply wanting to learn, move and explore.   Florencia brings 20 years of dance experience, primarily training and performing with Ohad Nahrin of Gaga Movement, with having worked as a somatic practitioner since 2011. Florencia has been traveling the world teaching unique workshops combining her extensive knowledge of movement, her choreographic research and her somatic healing approach.

Was ist ZenBodywork?

Embodied Process I have always felt drawn to the mysteries of Life. Throughout the years, I have explored different fields such as Psychology, various meditation methods, several expressive arts and I have deepen my Spiritual practice. I experience life and Nature as an embodiment of pure creative expression, where the free flow of energy within ourselves connects us with the free flow of energy in the Universe. My interest and research around self-awareness and personal growth, have led me to explore the connections between Psychology and Creative Expression. Over the years, I’ve developed projects in very diverse social and institutional realities. As a Core Energetics practitioner, I feel passionate to support people to find their way to self-healing. To guide them to face their shadows, work through their negativity towards life and reconnect to the uniqueness of their being. I experience the transformative power of this work in my own life and I am committed to share it with others.   Men’s Circles The ritualized gathering of men is deeply rooted in the history of humanity. In our circles the aim is to create a shared space of trust and unity so that all emotions, needs, desires and wishes may be expressed. It may be very challening to be vulnerable in front of others but to realize we are not alone and that others share similar experiences and wounds has the ability to shift the way we view and act in the world. www.nunosalema.com
