My story with music starts with african drum s when i was travelling in west africa. After sometime my hands started to hurt !!! So i started playing guitar to learn old french songs. Then, one day, i met an angel in the south of france who introduced me to mantra (sacred songs) singing and a few months later i joined the rainbow family at a gathering. The rainbow and mantra songs are a simple way to connect people on a very deep level. I feel a lot of joy and unity to share the music Everywhere i go, So come and join us in Portugal! During the summer months i travel around Europe with other musicians in a band we call jedapama. We are a rap, reggae, french fusion band playing more than 100 live shows in Europe. Please check out our website for future events. www.jedapama.fr
Fluent Body, Bodies have their own language. They tell a story, and constantly seek to feel as alive and fluid as possible. Uncovering this fluidity gives us the potential to enrich our senses and imagination, to experience lightness and power, and to raise our self- awareness and the capacity for self-healing. How can we reconnect to our body’s language and fluidity? We will take a journey through movement, connecting and feeling, to explore the intricacies of our stories. Connecting conscious and unconscious movement, we will uncover delicate, pleasurable and powerful movements, without self-judgment. We will open doors to new places, awakening physical sensations, which can also work on an emotional level. This workshop could help you navigate through feeling tired and heavy, feeling disconnected from your body or too much in your head, feeling blocked, suffering from chronic pain, or simply wanting to learn, move and explore. Florencia brings 20 years of dance experience, primarily training and performing with Ohad Nahrin of Gaga Movement, with having worked as a somatic practitioner since 2011. Florencia has been traveling the world teaching unique workshops combining her extensive knowledge of movement, her choreographic research and her somatic healing approach.

ZinnDa: means to be alive! A free spirit and a bundle of pure joy, there is nothing this happy soul isn’t capable of! His evolution has been quite a journey, from being a techie to transforming into an Osho sannyasin. He was born with the heart of a nomad and has been a traveller for most of his life now. What’s his purpose? one might wonder! He has been closely working with the Osho Communes, spiritual festivals all around the world and the Contact Dance Community to help in bringing spiritual awareness and spreading peace in communities everywhere. This was the thought that lead him to create his NGO: Global Cultural Exchange Organisation that brings communities around the world and people from all walks of life together in a peaceful and harmonious environment of sharing and learning. Navgrah Shanti Yagna or The Fire Pooja for Peace and Prosperity: A Yagna or Havan is a traditional Indian Pooja ceremony that involves the recital of Vedic Chants and holy offerings(Samagri) made to the fire. This interest was later compounded after a casual encounter with ethnic and middle eastern dance, which led to a professional and artistic practise developed over the following ten years. This journey then led Barbara to aerial acrobatics which she studied for over two years, this in turn fed her curiosity for more free movement expression. For the next five years Barbara studied contemporary and acrobatic dance and in her current research and personal practise now focuses on contact improvisation, partnering composition, instant composition, flying low and capoeira. Working under the inspiring guidance of teachers such as Pia Kramer ( movement psichoterapist ), Prashant More ( contemporary dance and flying low), Abhilash Ningappa (instant composition), Magalie Lanriot ( contemporary dance ), Kira kirsch ( CI and Axis Sylabus ), Maximiliano Sanford ( Acrobatic dance), Vega Luukkonen and Hugh Stainer (Contact Improvisation ), Shura Baryshnikov and Sarah Konner (Contact Improvisation).

I am dancer, dance-teacher, performance-artist and bodyworker made in Finland, but currently based in Berlin, India, and nomadic temporary moments in time and space. I have studied in Finland, Helsinki – in Theatre Academy of Finland (TEAK) and Metropolia AMK. I graduated from TEAK 2008 as dance- and theatre-teacher (Master of Arts), and 1998 I got out of Metropolia as Theatre- and dance-pedagogue, specialised on devising dance and theatre. Though – I guess my dearest high-school and university in dance and contact-improvisation has been finnish contact community, where I have learned so much, by sharing the dance and rolling point with the other spiralling beautiful finns since 20 years. I have been teaching contact and dance since 15 years all around the world, on many internationally acknowledged festivals and retreats. Especially recent years I have been more focused on organising my own workshops, events and festivals. I am one of the organisers of Goa Contact Festival since 10 years, and that has become big part of my life – to live my winters in India, and create platforms and possibilities for cultural exchange, dance and learning – throughout the whole winter-season in Arambol Beach, in “Forgotten Land” which is our collaborative dance-center.
Nicole is a dance artist living, learning, and teaching nomadically. She studied contemporary dance and psychology at Concordia University and has spent the last five years working on various projects developing dance and education programs for people with special needs. Embodied Process I have always felt drawn to the mysteries of Life. Throughout the years, I have explored different fields such as Psychology, various meditation methods, several expressive arts and I have deepen my Spiritual practice. I experience life and Nature as an embodiment of pure creative expression, where the free flow of energy within ourselves connects us with the free flow of energy in the Universe. My interest and research around self-awareness and personal growth, have led me to explore the connections between Psychology and Creative Expression. Over the years, I’ve developed projects in very diverse social and institutional realities. As a Core Energetics practitioner, I feel passionate to support people to find their way to self-healing. To guide them to face their shadows, work through their negativity towards life and reconnect to the uniqueness of their being. I experience the transformative power of this work in my own life and I am committed to share it with others. Men’s Circles The ritualized gathering of men is deeply rooted in the history of humanity. In our circles the aim is to create a shared space of trust and unity so that all emotions, needs, desires and wishes may be expressed. It may be very challening to be vulnerable in front of others but to realize we are not alone and that others share similar experiences and wounds has the ability to shift the way we view and act in the world. www.nunosalema.com
Jorien van Dam
Our body is a wise wonder. It speaks to us. Guides us. Tells us truth. Yoga helps me to listen to and understand its language. Conscious movement and breathing can be medicine! Simple yet profound. Three years ago I followed a Hatha Yoga Teacher Training. It gave me the opportunity to share my passion with others; adults as well as children. I have been teaching in the North and South of the Netherlands (Maastricht and Groningen) and organised two yoga retreats in Portugal and Switzerland. Here I could bring my love for nature, community building, music, and body-work together.
