Movement & Sound. A simply relaxing journey to Source. We are one. We are nature. Our precious bodies are nature. And the experience of our bodies reminds us of our wholeness. In this sound & movement journey, I will guide us through a relaxing, meditative movement practice to let go of any tension in the body and to connect with our inner current. Let’s move in integrity with the laws of nature. Connect with the pulse & rhythm of life through breath and gentle movement explorations, accompanied to sweet sounds of live music. We will explore movement & breath principles from the school of Body Mind Centering, Feldenkrais and Yoga. Be prepared to move freely, to dance, to roll over the floor, to find space in your joints, to relax your muscles and skin and to soften your connective tissue. The movement explorations will finish with a guided meditation/dream journey and soundhealing. This movement & relaxation journey offers a beautiful balance to integrate our wild dances and inspiring conversations of the festival, finding a moment let it all land, to rest in our bones, in deep intimacy with our presence and wholeness. www.oceanandyoga.com

Stella Caric Urban Dance

Stella Caric

Sophie Kinkel

Sophie Kinkel

Sophie Kinkel works since 13 years as a Transformative Bodyworker. Her intuitive work is based on the Grinberg Method, Energy Work, innerwise and Trance/Breath Work. The sessions are individuell and can have various aims. A starting point can be that you feel stuck in a certain place in your life and you want to dare to do new steps. You can also use a session to change limiting physical conditions like ongoing tension or pain. Through attentive touch and description you can learn to get aware of how you sustain limiting patterns, but most important: you learn how to let go of them and to let yourself be free in your individuelle state of being. This allows to digest old experiences and free your energy today. Like this you can follow more free your wishes (including physical recovery) in alignment with your own life energy in the context of life. Sophie Kinkel offers regularly individual Sessions, Workshops, Trance Dance/Breath Events in her Studio in der Körtestraße 8 in Berlin and Festivals. Matze Jechlischka Musiker

Matze Jechlitschka

Mathias Jechlitschka loves to play guitar, what he´s already done for quite a while and with a lot of intensity. Over the years he became a good listener – he understands to create space, hold it and finally leave it, when the next is opening up. To trust the first impulse is what he´s learned through music.

Vega Luukkonen

Vega Luukkonen

I am dancer, dance-teacher, performance-artist and bodyworker made in Finland, but currently based in Berlin, India, and nomadic temporary moments in time and space. I have studied in Finland, Helsinki – in Theatre Academy of Finland (TEAK) and Metropolia AMK. I graduated from TEAK 2008 as dance- and theatre-teacher (Master of Arts), and 1998 I got out of Metropolia as Theatre- and dance-pedagogue, specialised on devising dance and theatre. Though – I guess my dearest high-school and university in dance and contact-improvisation has been finnish contact community, where I have learned so much, by sharing the dance and rolling point with the other spiralling beautiful finns since 20 years. I have been teaching contact and dance since 15 years all around the world, on many internationally acknowledged festivals and retreats.  Especially recent years I have been more focused on organising my own workshops, events and festivals. I am one of the organisers of Goa Contact Festival since 10 years, and that has become big part of my life – to live my winters in India, and create platforms and possibilities for cultural exchange, dance and learning – throughout the whole winter-season in Arambol Beach, in “Forgotten Land” which is our collaborative dance-center.

Simone Beck Contact Improvisation

Simone Beck

SIMONE Is a straight down the line woman. Able to wander between different worlds with ease, as if they were her own; an ever on-the-go chameleon. Simone can be a graphic designer, nature pedagogue, healer, organizer, gardener and simultaneously a dancer. She appears to be a mystery who seems to be untouchable. However – and this is visible for all who wander through the world with an open heart – there is something within her which is she herself. In every movement, every word and every bat of her eyelid, … in every thought, every act and every moment is a person concealed who has  enormous empathy, understanding and pure vitality of life. And yet her actual essence is … love. The real, true and shared living-within-us … love. In the tangible world, Simone has travelled to almost every continent and spoken to people in many and various languages.  At the moment she is relishing the pleasure of having the opportunity to experience the privilege of creating a place she can call home.

Florencia Lamarca, Fluent Body

Florencia Lamarca

Fluent Body, Bodies have their own language. They tell a story, and constantly seek to feel as alive and fluid as possible. Uncovering this fluidity gives us the potential to enrich our senses and imagination, to experience lightness and power, and to raise our self- awareness and the capacity for self-healing. How can we reconnect to our body’s language and fluidity? We will take a journey through movement, connecting and feeling, to explore the intricacies of our stories. Connecting conscious and unconscious movement, we will uncover delicate, pleasurable and powerful movements, without self-judgment. We will open doors to new places, awakening physical sensations, which can also work on an emotional level. This workshop could help you navigate through feeling tired and heavy, feeling disconnected from your body or too much in your head, feeling blocked, suffering from chronic pain, or simply wanting to learn, move and explore.   Florencia brings 20 years of dance experience, primarily training and performing with Ohad Nahrin of Gaga Movement, with having worked as a somatic practitioner since 2011. Florencia has been traveling the world teaching unique workshops combining her extensive knowledge of movement, her choreographic research and her somatic healing approach.

Embodied Process I have always felt drawn to the mysteries of Life. Throughout the years, I have explored different fields such as Psychology, various meditation methods, several expressive arts and I have deepen my Spiritual practice. I experience life and Nature as an embodiment of pure creative expression, where the free flow of energy within ourselves connects us with the free flow of energy in the Universe. My interest and research around self-awareness and personal growth, have led me to explore the connections between Psychology and Creative Expression. Over the years, I’ve developed projects in very diverse social and institutional realities. As a Core Energetics practitioner, I feel passionate to support people to find their way to self-healing. To guide them to face their shadows, work through their negativity towards life and reconnect to the uniqueness of their being. I experience the transformative power of this work in my own life and I am committed to share it with others.   Men’s Circles The ritualized gathering of men is deeply rooted in the history of humanity. In our circles the aim is to create a shared space of trust and unity so that all emotions, needs, desires and wishes may be expressed. It may be very challening to be vulnerable in front of others but to realize we are not alone and that others share similar experiences and wounds has the ability to shift the way we view and act in the world. www.nunosalema.com

Gorden Massage

Massage Alchemy of touch with Gorden Deep tissue – joint release – fluid touch. Alchemy of Touch is a method of bodywork developed by Tapesh Paradiso. It is designed to elevate massage and bodywork to a new level, using different techniques from the Eastern and Western world into a single harmonized approach. The origin comes from Osho Rebalancing Massage India. Alchemy of Touch is the holistic understanding of the interconnectedness of the body, mind and soul. Releasing tension will open subtle energy channels or meridians through which the Qi or life force flows—restoring the body and mind to a state of balance, harmony and relaxation. Alchemy of Touch Massage is the profound fusion off: Rebalancing, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Chi-Release, Joint Mobilization (Trager Technique), Yoga Thai massage, Digital Pressure Massage, Holistic Massage, Visceral Work, Meditation and Energy Work. These techniques will be integrated with the method of ‘Fluid Touch’. This technique uses wavelike movements, which allows energy to vibrate through the body improving fluidity and oxygen flow.

Zinn Da Alive

Zinn Da

ZinnDa: means to be alive! A free spirit and a bundle of pure joy, there is nothing this happy soul isn’t capable of! His evolution has been quite a journey, from being a techie to transforming into an Osho sannyasin. He was born with the heart of a nomad and has been a traveller for most of his life now. What’s his purpose? one might wonder! He has been closely working with the Osho Communes, spiritual festivals all around the world and the Contact Dance Community to help in bringing spiritual awareness and spreading peace in communities everywhere. This was the thought that lead him to create his NGO: Global Cultural Exchange Organisation that brings communities around the world and people from all walks of life together in a peaceful and harmonious environment of sharing and learning. Navgrah Shanti Yagna or The Fire Pooja for Peace and Prosperity: A Yagna or Havan is a traditional Indian Pooja ceremony that involves the recital of Vedic Chants and holy offerings(Samagri) made to the fire. The combined effect of these chants and the fire together cleanse and purify the air and aura. You are free to participate or observe during the ceremony. A brief explanation about the Havan, its scientific and spiritual benefits will also be discussed.

Our body is a wise wonder. It speaks to us. Guides us. Tells us truth. Yoga helps me to listen to and understand its language. Conscious movement and breathing can be medicine! Simple yet profound. Three years ago I followed a Hatha Yoga Teacher Training. It gave me the opportunity to share my passion with others; adults as well as children. I have been teaching in the North and South of the Netherlands (Maastricht and Groningen) and organised two yoga retreats in Portugal and Switzerland. Here I could bring my love for nature, community building, music, and body-work together.
