My name is Sunhi, and my journey began in the bustling city of Bombay, where I faced numerous challenges, including lots of violence, and had to fight my way through life. Yearning for a slower, more peaceful, and harmonious existence, my path brought me to Goa, where I stumbled upon a remarkable community of open-hearted individuals. This encounter exposed me to a whole new way of life. One I believed to be beyond my reach – in a place where people feel embraced, safe, and have the opportunity for healing. During those days, my spiritual journey commenced, and I sent out my heartfelt wish to the universe, to someday call Goa my home. As time passed, the universe seemed to work its magic.
Now, for the past eight years, I have had the privilege of welcoming visitors to The Rusta, my heaven in Arambol, Goa. This space, built on the core principles of honesty, devotion, and truth from my own culture, is designed to be a sanctuary for expression, creativity, healing, art, and music. A timeless space for all who seek solace and growth.
