Sophie de Lacaze is trained in Core Energetics and Somatic Bodywork. She is working with individuals, couples and leading therapeutic process groups for the last 8 years. She is passionate about guiding people to fully express themselves and bringing their unique gifts to the world.
Together with Nuno Salema she leads the Holistic Embodiment for Authentic Leadership (H.E.A.L.) Program, which is a one year Self-Empowerment Process starting in February 2020 consisting of 6 weekends. Participants will explore and experience the main Principles of Core Energetics – a body oriented psychotherapy – and the Authentic Leadership Model.
