Telmo is Portuguese, from Porto in the north of the country. Moving has always brought him a very particular magic. Around 2018 when in Amsterdam, a friend invited him to a Gaga class and he gladly joined, without knowing at that time what is was and with no awareness that those two hours would change his life. Right from the beginning of the class the body took over and the mind just subsided into a state of quiet letting go and joyful observance, a powerful moving meditation, peaceful ecstatic. When back to Portugal he joined the beginning of the CI movement in the Southwest that was the birth of amazing pivotal places like Yemadome and Barriga. When holding space, Telmo brings a very playful, wild and slightly chaotic athmosphere, an invitation to desconstruction and experimentalism that brings him that same state of peaceful ecstatic moving meditation.
