FLUENTBODY™ — 23 – 25 MARCH
Facilitated by Florencia Lamarca with KDA Temple Dance Ceremony.
Fluentbody™ is an embodied journey of movement, emotion, and somatic exploration. It brings us back to the present moment, where movement becomes language and sensation becomes wisdom.
KDA’s Temple Dance opens this journey, blessing the space and participants through the vibration of Balinese sacred movement.
For people who want to take charge of their lives and move out of the limitations of others’ expectations and how they are supposed to be and look. Helps us to be generous to our own body and mind, to develop a sense of what we want and don’t want, and to gain more of our own strengths and possibilities.
WATERNESS JOURNEY™ — 27 – 29 MARCH
Facilitated by Sophie Costes with Kadek Dewi Aryani (KDA)
This three-day immersion flows between somatic water work, ritual, and contemporary embodiment. In warm water, participants experience a sensory dialogue — floating, spiraling, surrendering — between body and element. A somatic and experiential method of aquatic bodywork where movement, breath, and touch meet the intelligence of water and the continuum of life it carries.
KDA brings the Balinese Agama Tirta tradition into the water: sacred gestures, chants, and movement prayers inspired by Dewi Danu, the goddess of lakes and rivers. Her presence anchors the Waterness Journey™ in Balinese cosmology — transforming it from a therapeutic experience into a ritual of purification and reconnection with the living water.
Waterness Journey ™ By touching, by listening, by following one’s breath, in a warm water pool we gather together sacred spaces that offer opportunities to observe and release holding patterns and limiting beliefs. In an environment of intimacy and confidence, we commune beyond words, dancing in the space between bodies & breaths.
BREATH & CEREMONY — 2 – 4 April
Facilitated by Kaylani with KDA Temple Dance & Ritual Performance.
This final module unites Breathwork, Ecstatic Embodiment, and Balinese Temple Ritual. Kaylani’s breath journeys open inner landscapes; KDA’s sacred dance weaves these experiences into prayer. Drawing on Agama Tirta and Tri Hita Karana, participants offer breath and movement back to the Earth — a closing ritual of gratitude, purification, and belonging. → Kaylani plans a Breathwork Facilitator Training in 2027.
Breathwork Ceremonies to ground, release stored emotions, rewire the nervous system, and bring you into deep peace & clarity ~ like a natural medicine journey through your own breath. We are the medicine. Through breath & embodied aliveness, we have the power to heal, transform, and return home to ourselves.
KDA Balinese Dance_ I am making the temple courtyard come alive with mask performances, telling stories of gods and spirits. Mixing Bali’s old dances with modern ones, keeping our spirit alive but making it speak to today’s crowds. I make dances that tie the old myths to something raw and new, like stitching two worlds together. I’m KDA, and my story is still being written, one word at a time, matching the rhythm of the Balinese spirit.
THE BODY REMEMBERS is more than a retreat offer — it is a living ceremony. A space to remember that our bodies are not separate from the world, but expressions of it. A time to listen to the voices of water, soil, and wind — and to find your own song within that great harmony.
